Mock Chicken Legs
The Mock Chicken Legs are a mostly Pork and Beef mixture with some chicken flavoring added and rolled in corn flake crumbs. All you have to do is bake them for about 1 hour. Excellent for an easy supper. $6.99 per 4 pack.
Porchetta Roast (3.5 pound average)
This roast is made with a porchetta seasoning recipe that has been made for at least 50 plus years. It has rosemay, basil, fennel and crosscut celery along with a few others.

Similar to the porchetta roast but in steak form . It will cook much faster either on the grill or in the oven. 2 steaks per package

These are the Pork Links that all the summer visitors have to have. They are made fresh 3 times per week. Easily simmered and then browned in a frying pan. Great for breakfast but also makes for a wonderful lunch or supper. 12 links per package.
